Summer Cover Crop is Ready!

In this photo, you can see Tobi (left) and Rob (right) - and yes, they’re excited! Our maize cover crop is now towering above their heads! 🤩

This lush growth should give us an amazing mulch layer when we plant celery here, with no extra material needed.

This week’s big challenge: Can our mower handle it? 😄💪
