Delivery Information

We courier our goodies all over Aotearoa with NZ Post. Most destinations will receive their parcel overnight, some rural and South Island destinations will take two days.

Economy Option
For dry-goods-only orders (or sturdy produce like potatoes and onions) we offer Aramex. Particularly affordable for the South Island.

Timing
We dispatch courier orders daily, and orders containing fresh produce on Tues & Wed.
Order by 10am for same-day dispatch.

Sustainably Packaged
Courier orders are sent in cardboard boxes, with newspaper padding and brown paper wrapping where needed. We use brown paper tape and compostable courier labels. To keep your lettuce fresh we use a cornstarch bag. If you would like a cool pack please add one to your cart (they are $1 each, suitable for repeated use).

AUCKLAND EAST: East Auckland suburbs chilled EV run operates Thursdays 7am - 8pm. Flat rate $17.50 for any size order. Order cut off 9am Wednesday.

AUCKLAND SOUTH: South Auckland suburbs chilled EV run operates Thursdays 7am - 8pm. Flat rate $17.50 for any size order. Order cut off 9am Wednesday.

AUCKLAND WEST: West Auckland suburbs chilled EV run operates Fridays 7am - 5pm. Flat rate $17.50 for any size order. Order cut off 9am Thursday.

AUCKLAND NORTH: North Auckland suburbs chilled EV run operates Fridays 7am - 5pm. Flat rate $17.50 for any size order. Order cut off 9am Thursday.

HIBISCUS COAST: Hibiscus Coast to Matakana chilled EV run operates FORTNIGHTLY, Every second Friday 7am - 5pm. Flat rate $17.50 for any size order. Order cut off 9am Thursday.

All our chilled EV deliveries are made in our swap-a-crates. Please add the one time crate bond to your cart.

KAPITI/LOWER HUTT RUN: Kapti Coast & Lower Hutt truck run departs 9am Mondays, delivering until 8pm. Flat rate $14.90 for any size order.
Order cut off 7am Mon.

WELLINGTON RUN: Wellington truck run departs 7am Tuesday, delivering until 9pm. Flat rate $14.90 for any size order.
Order cut off 12 pm Mon.

PALMY RUN: Palmerston North, Feilding & Ashhurt truck run departs 1.30pm Wednesdays, delivering until 7pm. Flat rate $9.90 Palmy, $10.90 Feilding.
Order cut off 10am Wed.

All our chilled truck deliveries are made in our swap-a-crates. Please add the one time crate bond to your cart.

Pickup is available from our packing depot free of charge. Please order online and wait until you receive an email notification that your pickup is ready.

Fresh produce pickups are prepared Mon, Tue and Wed, dry goods pickups are prepared daily.
Please order by 10am for same-day pickup.

If you prefer to continue to pickup from our 24/7 self service chiller at 15 Cyprus Place you can, just add the "15 Cyprus Pickup" item to your cart ($3 charge). Please note your pickup will be transported to 15 Cyprus in the evening, so pickup will be from 7am the day FOLLOWING your notification.
