Massey University Trial Harvest! 🥦

As you may remember, we’ve mentioned the Massey research project several times. The broccoli crop has grown really well over the past few months (we’re especially happy about the recent rain!). The Massey team arrived bright and early on Friday, and together we harvested plenty of broccoli.The team took some plants to measure nitrogen and phosphorus content, and they also carried out chlorophyll readings. For anyone keen on the deeper science, the full details will be available in the PhD thesis once it’s completed. 🤓
