Certified organic white spelt flour. Traditionally milled and unbleached, with most of the bran and germ removed, so it's lighter than wholemeal spelt – good for pastry, biscuits and cakes, and it can replace white flour in most recipes. Sweet, nutty flavour. Product of Italy, packed in NZ by Ceres Organics. Contains gluten.
