Our neighbours Robert (in the photo) and Rebecca, just a couple of doors down from our farm in Aokautere, are growing these delicious, spray‑free Phoenix oyster mushrooms. They’re rich in protein, B‑vitamins and simply delicious. Add some variety to your meals this week and support a local business!

Phoenix oyster mushrooms, also known as Pleurotus pulmonarius, grow in beautiful clusters. Their fan‑shaped pale caps with gently wavy edges are distinctive and inviting. Enjoy. 🤎
