Live2Give Celery is in!

We planted the first 1000 organic celery seedlings last week! We're expecting to be harvesting our first nutrient dense celery in about 10 weeks. 🤩

Not far now...

Cover crop update - here you can see two cereal based cove crops. In the foreground you can see our triticale mix cove crop and in the background the rye corn mix cove crop. It's getting closer and closer to being turned into mulch to use on our vegetable beds! 🤩

Seedling Progress

With the days getting warmer and longer we can see so much plant growth every week. Looking forward to planting the first pumpkins in 4 weeks' time.
