NZ native oyster mushrooms, "phoenix" variety. Grown by our friends Robert and Rebecca, just a couple of doors down from our farm here in Aokautere. Grown in a mix of willow, poplar and sugar beet flakes. Delicious eating, rich in protein and B viatmins. Enjoy!
