Braggs is a great alternative to soy sauce and tamari. It is a tasty, unfermented, liquid all-purpose-seasoning. It is also very nutritious, and contains no preservatives. It contains no alcohol and is made from only soy beans (non GMO) and water. We use it to season our popular mushroom cashew sauce.
