Brown basmati rice from India. Brown Basmati rice is a long grain rice, generally aged for a year to develop its flavour. 1 cup rice: 2 cups water - bring to the boil, simmer 45min. Turn off heat, let sit for 15min. Lower in starch than other rice varieties - organic - gluten free - wheat free.
