Winter is Here!

Winter has definitely arrived. We felt it this morning while harvesting the leeks — cold and crisp, but we’re in good spirits, enjoying working together and the sunshine when it came out. ☀️Meet Ryo. He’s a student at Massey University from Japan. Ryo is passionate about regenerative farming and aspires to start his own business back home. Right now, he’s doing his internship with us. It’s great to connect with young people who are enthusiastic about sustainable farming. 🌱
