Our Japanese intern, Ryo, was amazed - cabbages bigger than his head! 😂 And the other day, during harvest, we had a bite of cabbage when we got a little hungry (LOL). 🤣 They’re so tender and naturally sweet - definitely a top pick this week. 😋

We're fortunate to have some winter broccoli available! Love that gentle sweetness paired with earthy, nutty undertones.
