It’s that time of year again - we’re starting to run low on New Zealand onions. But don’t worry - we still have our small onions in storage. These are perfect roasted whole, pickled, tossed into salads, or used in everyday cooking. Just peel, quarter, and they’re ready to go!
We’re also lucky to still have beautiful large shallots from our friends at Streamside. Shallots are a great alternative to both red and brown onions - slightly sweeter, more delicate, and perfect for various recipes. So stock up and enjoy these staple veggies this winter. 🧅
