Applying traditional Japanese methods to naturally ferment our tempeh which is made from activated whole soybeans. This certified organic tempeh is proudly made in NZ, using only two natural ingredients.

Ingredients: Certified organic activated whole soybeans (85%), certified organic black rice (10%), certified organic raw flaxseeds (5%), certified organic rice flour, rhyzopus culture.
